DUDO Amigo is a competitive card game in which you have to estimate in TEAMS the number of one type of candy in the Piñata.
To make your estimations you have several types of information :
- your cards which you can consult at any time - the card you chose to give to your teammate - the backs of your teamate's and opponent's cards.
And, obviously, you can bluff !
2 teams are in compétition : Los Gigantes Galacticos and Los Furiosos Fantasticos.
Each round, players have 2 piñata cards. One is given to the player of the same team on thé left. Then the first player begins to count ‘1 papagayo or chihuahua or cocodrilos’
On your turn, you can denounce the previous player, if they are an opponent, or announce a superior number, by adding +1, of one candy : Papagayo, Cocodrilo or Chihuahua ! You have the choice of the candy at each turn. Until someone says DUDO AMIGO and we check the real number'of candies from the last auction. The winning team of the round receives Pineapple slices cards as victory points. 10 points/slices for the first round then 20 for rounds 2,3,4 and 30 points for rounds 5,6,7,8. The first team to have 100 pineapple slices wins the game ! In addition, there is a full competitive mode also with no elimination.
Two luchadores teams are struggling to estimate the number of a candy in the piñata.“1 papagayo, 2 cocodrilos, 3 papagayos…11 chihuahuas, DUDO AMIGO !” Who bluffed ?
Dudo Amigo the modern version of the Dudo/Perudo dice game (which is 500 years old!). BIG twists : a pocket card game, 2 luchadores teams for more immersion into the fiesta, and finally players are helped to estimate and bluff with the differents cards' backs. Less statistics, more fun and no elimination ! Who doesn't like to play with cutes candies ?
