Playing as either Kennedy or Khrushchev, your aim is to exit the Cuban Missile Crisis as the most powerful superpower. During the game you play only five strategy cards that you use to place Influence on battlegrounds to score majorities or manipulate battlegrounds. Each card you play turns into a new battleground, so the "world map" is ever-changing. Be careful because each decision is important and you may trigger global nuclear war!

The Savoie maquis decide to put the Montagnard plan into action as the Allied landings approach. This plan involves direct confrontation with the occupying forces and tying down as many enemy troops as possible by applying the “silo maquis” concept. In this fight to the death, will you be able to prevent the German and Vichy armies from encircling your positions while supplying your natural fortress where you have set up your command post? Can you hold out long enough to defeat the inevitable encirclement and, with your victory points, win “the battle of the airwaves” and restore pride to the French resistance?
